As our Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing social media strategies that align with our mission and values. Collaboration with our marketing team and other departments will be essential to ensure a cohesive and impactful online identity. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with organizational goals Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various platforms Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner Analyze metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all media channels Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media tools Organize and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase visibility and reach Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report on engagement and performance Passion for health, wellness, and fitness, with knowledge of trends in the industry Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
