More information at https://WeVote.US or @WeVote on X. Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our volunteer social media team. In this role, you will coordinate projects that support our nonpartisan voter education and GOTV campaigns across social platforms. You’ll keep content calendars organized, track deadlines, and work closely with volunteer designers, copywriters, and analytics leads to ensure social posts and campaigns are delivered on schedule and optimized for impact. What You’ll Do Lead cross-functional projects supporting nonpartisan voter education and GOTV efforts across social media, email, and digital platforms Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across creative, copywriting, and analytics volunteers Translate campaign objectives into clear project plans and track progress against milestones Facilitate team meetings, status updates, and ensure smooth communication between volunteers Identify risks or blockers early and collaborate with the team to find solutions Maintain organized documentation, version control, and reporting systems to support efficient handoffs and transparency Ensure all projects follow 501(c)(3) nonpartisan guidelines and platform policies for political communication What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of professional experience in project management or operations, ideally in marketing, communications, or digital campaigns Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Airtable, or equivalent) Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines Clear communicator with strong collaboration and feedback skills Detail-oriented and proactive, able to anticipate needs and remove roadblocks Comfortable working with a volunteer-based team in a distributed, remote environment 2+ hours per week during our core team hours M–F 8 a.m. – 6 p.m You are currently located in the US How to Apply Submit your resume (at https://wevote.applytojob.com/apply/) and include a brief note/cover letter to why you are interested in WeVote and helping our mission.
