Description At Inter Miami CF, we’re searching for a Senior Social Media Manager to lead the charge across all current and future digital platforms. In this role, you’ll shape how millions of fans connect with the Club, growing audiences, elevating brand awareness, and driving revenue. We’re looking for someone with a deep passion for fútbol, exceptional creativity, sharp organization, and a strong grasp of social media trends and best practices. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as the primary lead of all current and future digital platforms for Inter Miami CF including Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, and SnapChat. Manage and optimize the club’s presence on various social media platforms, by developing and implementing content that drives fan engagement, and promotes revenue-generating initiatives. Matchday coverage for all Inter Miami CF matches (home and away, travel to 30%+ of away games) Develop and create engaging and relevant content for the club channels. Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms. Coordinate with internal teams, including ticketing, communications, events, partnerships to align social media content with upcoming campaigns, events, and promotions. Assist in executing digital strategy and assist with planning to execution. Ideate/execute engaging digital content that drives value to our partners. Serve as vendors and league point of contact. Manage Sr Coordinator and Coordinator of Digital by providing guidance, direction and support to ensure successful execution of projects and campaigns. Support Digital KPI’s of social, mobile app, and website. Stay informed about industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging technologies in social media marketing. Proactively identify new opportunities for innovation and experimentation to enhance the club's social media presence and engagement. All other duties as required. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, journalism, communications or a related field (preferred) 5+ years of direct experience managing social media profiles. Proven track record running social channels for an established brand; experience with a global sports team/league highly preferred. Proficiency with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software. Strong writing and editing skills, with demonstrated ability to create compelling content for social media. Ability to produce quality photo and video content using a mobile device. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Clip Pro (a plus) Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, Omniture, etc.) and ability to interpret data. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel extensively (including preseason and matchdays).
