The impact you'll make: We’re seeking a creative, driven, and highly organized Social Media Specialist to help expand our presence on TikTok Shop while maintaining vibrant, engaged communities across our social channels. This role will focus on building a best-in-class TikTok Shop program, fostering meaningful creator partnerships, optimizing our TikTok Shop experience, and supporting broader community engagement. All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers. What you'll do: TikTok Shop Management Identify, recruit, and activate TikTok Shop affiliates who align with our brand values, ensuring efficient sampling and commission structures. Deliver clear, compelling briefs to creators, communicating Saje’s unique differentiators and value propositions to inspire high-performing content. Personally nurture relationships with top affiliates to strengthen partnerships and drive sales. Collaborate closely with the Growth team to test and iterate paid content and live shopping formats. Build repeatable, scalable processes for affiliate onboarding, sampling, content testing, and ongoing support. Manage the TikTok Shop presence: continuously optimize product detail pages (PDPs), imagery, promotional messaging, and merchandising. Test and refine exclusive, channel-specific offers to maximize sales and engagement on TikTok Shop. Community Engagement Maintain consistent, engaging brand presence across all social channels, with a special focus on TikTok and Instagram. Proactively monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, tags, and mentions to foster authentic connections with our audience. Assist Social Media Manager with posting across social channels when needed. Manage community moderation by hiding spam, flagging important conversations, and ensuring brand safety and tone. Stay on top of cultural trends and social conversations to keep Saje relevant and engaged in key moments. Implement pre-approved content strategies while exercising real-time judgment and creativity in responding to our community. Ad Hoc Marketing Support Support special projects and marketing initiatives that advance departmental goals. Contribute to cross-departmental collaborations, ensuring seamless alignment and execution on shared objectives. We'd love to hear from you if you have: Minimum 2 years of experience in social media or influencer marketing, must have experience managing TikTok Shops or TikTok affiliate programs. Proven experience in community management for consumer brands across multiple social platforms. Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with creators, agencies, and affiliate networks. Deep understanding of TikTok Shop’s ecosystem, commerce best practices, and content trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for brand voice and customer engagement. Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment. Passion for wellness, natural products, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Why Saje? The compensation range on average for this position is from $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
