
Summary: Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Graphic Designer who gets social. Not just how to make things look good, but how to tell a visual story and create content that performs. You pay attention to what’s trending and how to stay ahead of the curve. This role sits on the global social team, working closely with social strategists and content managers to design social-first visuals that resonate with collectors, fans and the hobby community. You will develop designs from brief to concept, producing creative assets for our suite of accounts, primarily focusing on our flagship Topps handle. Experience in trading cards or collectibles isn’t required, but a real interest in the culture of collecting is. What you will be doing… Designing daily content across our social platforms, with a focus on static graphics and visual storytelling. Developing designs from brief to concept, aligning with the creative direction, production schedule, and platform specifications. Create and evolve design templates for recurring content (for breakers, hobby shops, product drops, etc.) Collaborating with the social team to develop visual concepts that align with editorial and cultural moments. Balancing multiple projects at once. Moving fast. Pivoting quickly. Staying responsive to what’s unfolding in real time. Work in a fast-paced environment that requires quick-turning numerous pieces of content daily. Ensuring that creative deliverables adhere to brand style guides. Keep tabs on how content is performing and think critically about how design contributes to growth. Present work clearly, take feedback without ego, and push for better every time. What you will bring… 2+ years experience in high-pace environment, ideally with a high-profile brand. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign); motion skills are a plus. Strong portfolio with social-first design work. Experience working with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube. Ability to work autonomously while taking direction from leadership. An in-depth understanding of social media trends and narratives; adapting new resources/techniques where needed. Track record of innovation and delivering results against tight deadlines. Able to work flexible hours/days of week and weekends. Interest in collectibles and trading cards. The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $80,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
