Job Summary We are seeking a Marketing & Digital Content Specialist with a specialty in Social Media and Digital Execution. This role is a critical blend of tactical marketing support and strategic digital leadership, focused on managing our online channels, assisting with traditional marketing collateral, and conducting core market research to inform all department efforts. Social Media & Digital Strategy (Primary Focus) Campaign Execution: Design, launch, and manage data-driven organic and paid social media campaigns across major platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, FB, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X). Content Leadership: Own the translation of complex brand objectives into compelling, platform-specific content, including infographics, short-form video, and thought leadership posts. Community Engagement: Monitor, listen, and actively engage with our online community to build brand advocates and manage real-time reputation. Optimization & Reporting: Continuously analyze social media performance to find opportunities for improvement, focusing on reach, engagement, and lead generation metrics. Digital Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media messaging into broader digital campaigns, SEO initiatives, and email marketing flows. II. General Marketing Support (Core Responsibilities) Collateral & Materials: Assist in the production and maintenance of core marketing collateral, including updating brochures, refining presentation templates, and proofreading white papers. Market Research: Conduct foundational competitive intelligence, market sizing, and audience research to provide insights that inform product messaging and content strategy. Content Creation: Assist in the creation of rich and engaging content for use in marketing websites and blogs. Event & PR Support: Provide logistical and materials support for in-person and virtual events, webinars, and public relations initiatives. Vendor Coordination: Assist the Marketing Director with coordinating external vendors and agencies (e.g., printers, photographers, research firms). Administrative Support: Help manage the departmental asset library, track campaign budgets, and maintain marketing calendars. Required Skills & Experience Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years focused on hands-on social media management and digital content creation. Versatility: Proven ability to pivot between digital strategy, research, content editing, and general administrative marketing tasks. Digital Proficiency: Required proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics). Foundational Knowledge: Solid understanding of core marketing disciplines: the marketing mix, brand management principles, and campaign reporting. Creative & Analytical: A passion for digital storytelling paired with strong analytical skills for measuring campaign ROI. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the learning/training or professional services industry. Graphic design and basic video editing skills (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo.
